How much does a school carnival cost?

Most school carnivals run $2,500 to $25,000, scaling with attendance. Small school events (~150 guests): $2,500-5,500. Medium (~300-400 guests): $5,500-12,000. Large (500+ guests): $12,000-25,000. PTA budgets stretch when ticket sales offset the rental cost.

How much does a corporate family day cost?

Most corporate family days run $4,500 to $40,000+, scaling with headcount. Smaller corporate (~150 guests): $4,500-8,500. Mid (~300-500 guests): $8,500-18,000. Large (500-2,000 guests): $18,000-40,000+. We can also produce multi-day campus events.

What does each event type typically cost?

What makes the price go up or down?

  • Guest count and hours. More guests means more booths, more supplies, and more staff. The standard event runs up to 3 hours; longer events are structured as rentals with added staffing and equipment time.
  • Staffed attendants. Trained attendants for booths and concessions are quoted on top of equipment. Volunteer-staffed setups (common for PTAs) bring the total down.
  • Large-scale games and themed décor. Large-scale games, themed backdrops, character stands, and prop packages sit above the standard game lineup.
  • Delivery and power. Delivery and setup are quoted from your address. If the venue has no reachable outdoor power, a generator rental is added as a separate line.

What's included in every quote?

Delivery, full setup, trained attendants for staffed items, all supplies (prizes, food stock, signage), and breakdown. No hidden fees: the one standard add-on is a Damage Fee Waiver of 7.5% of the rental subtotal, which covers ordinary wear-and-tear.

Common pricing questions

How do I get an exact price?

Send the basics through the contact form: date, headcount, address, and what you're imagining. We come back with a written quote within about 24 hours. A 50% deposit locks in your date; the balance is due before the event.

Can I rent just one bounce house or one game?

No. We're a full-event production company, not a single-item rental shop. The minimum scope is one of our pre-built birthday packages or a custom event quote, typically $1,500 and up.

Do the package prices include delivery?

Package prices cover the package itself: booths, games, prizes, food machines and supplies, and the attendants listed. Delivery, setup, and generator rental (if your venue has no reachable power) are quoted at booking based on your address.

Why do school and corporate prices vary so much?

Guest count, hours, and scope. A 150-guest event needs a fraction of the booths, staff, and supplies of a 2,000-guest family day, so quotes are built piece by piece. Every quote covers delivery, setup, attendants, supplies, and breakdown, with no hidden fees.

Are there any fees beyond the quote?

One standard line item is added to every contract: a Damage Fee Waiver of 7.5% of the rental subtotal (excluding staffed attractions and labor), which covers ordinary wear-and-tear on equipment. Generator rental is quoted separately when a venue needs power.
