🎉 CORPORATE HOLIDAY PARTIES · LITTLE ITALY, CA

corporate holiday parties in Little Italy.

A corporate holiday party with carnival entertainment is a year-end company gathering built from booths, games, concessions and entertainers rather than a ballroom and a buffet. Corporate holiday parties in Little Italy can be set on a plaza, in a park or on a company's own lot, and can run as a daytime family party or an after-work evening.

A company in Little Italy can choose between Piazza della Famiglia for a compact party, Amici Park for a smaller team, and Waterfront Park when the headcount grows. The summer-style version of this event is the corporate family day; this page is the December version, with Santa and a holiday look.

My Little Carnival brings the carnival half of the party and leaves catering, drinks and the venue arrangements to the company.

WHAT THEY USUALLY LOOK LIKE

Planning a company holiday party in Little Italy.

Start with who is coming. For a daytime party with children, the plan can include striped booths and games, a row of concessions, Santa and Mrs. Claus at a photo station, and a jumper or two if the site has the room. For an after-work party the plan can swap inflatables for a DJ or sound system and one or two entertainers: a caricature artist drawing guests, a balloon artist, a walk-around magician, a juggler or a stilt walker.

The company keeps the pieces that belong to a host. Catering, drinks of any kind, tables and chairs, tents beyond our booths, heating, permits and other vendors are arranged with the venue or a caterer, because those are the host's side of the party. My Little Carnival provides the games with prizes, the concessions (churros, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, snow cones and caramel apples), the entertainers and the Santa station. A company with its own courtyard can skip the park process entirely.

What's typically included.

  • Game booths.

Striped booths with carnival games and prizes, counted against the number of guests.

  • Concession booths.

Churros, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, snow cones and caramel apples.

  • DJ or sound system.

Music for the whole party, with the sound sized to a plaza, a park or a courtyard so neighbors are not an afterthought.

  • Entertainers.

Face painters, balloon artists, caricature artists, jugglers, stilt walkers or walk-around magicians, picked by the company.

  • Santa station.

Santa and Mrs. Claus for staff with children.

  • Inflatables for family parties.

Jumpers and slides when children are invited, plus the walk-in snow globe photo prop. Nothing falls inside the globe; it is for pictures.

LOCAL LOGISTICS

Specifics for Little Italy.

  • About 100 to 150 guests: A party this size runs $4,000 to $10,000, and fits Amici Park or a company courtyard.
  • 200 to 400 guests: This range runs $10,000 to $25,000 and suits the plaza or an open area at Waterfront Park.
  • Larger companies: The band is $25,000 to $40,000 or more, with a bigger booth count and more entertainers.
  • Public sites: Piazza della Famiglia and the parks are public space, so the company asks the city or the managing group about its date first.
  • Family or adults only: A family party can carry inflatables and Santa. An adults-only evening can trade them for a DJ and a caricature artist, and the booths stay for anyone who wants a turn at ring toss.
  • Host side: Catering, drinks, tables, chairs, tents, heating, permits and other vendors are the company's to arrange.

Common questions.

What is the difference between this and a corporate family day?

The family day is a summer-style picnic. A holiday party adds Santa, a winter look and a December date, and can be held in the evening as well as the daytime.

Can we hold the party on our own lot?

Yes, if the lot has room for the booths and clear access for emergency vehicles. My Little Carnival walks the space with the planner before the date is final, and a loop or an L layout fits a tight lot.

Who provides food and drinks?

The company. My Little Carnival provides the seven concessions only, and catering and drinks of any kind are arranged separately.

How is the deposit handled?

A 50% deposit holds the date once the quote is accepted. The balance follows the terms in the quote.

Can we add a DJ?

Yes. A DJ or sound system is part of what My Little Carnival offers, and it can be added to any party size.
